Sludge Extraction System (Pump)

PHB’s Sludge Extraction System (SES) consist of the following main components:

• Diesel driven Hydraulic Pump for generating the hydraulic power in a crash frame.
• Hydraulic Lobe Pump; standard sizes are 3”, 4” and 6”, for up to 250 m3/hr capacity @ 4 Bar.
• Hydraulic hoses. Standard supplied is up to 20 m. Additional can be provided.
• Rubber discharge and suction hoses. Hoses are electrical continuous. Two hoses (6 m) will be provided and additional hoses can be rented.
